DCAP-5002A/B Measuring and Controlling Unit

Application:

DCAP-5002A/B integrated measuring and controlling unit, which is based on 32-bit DSP (Digital Signal Processor) and high-speed Ethernet communication technology, is mainly used in measurement and monitoring of the line whose voltage level is not larger than 220kV, station transformer, TV and so on.

The difference of between DCAP-5002A and DCAP-5002B: the former inputs 3 phase voltages (Ua,Ub and Uc) and the latter 3 line voltages (Uab,Ubc and Uca),and other functions are completely the same.

Main Functions:

(1)      Relaying Protective Functions

• Two-stage under-voltage protection

• Two-stage over-voltage protection

• Zero-sequence over-voltage protection

• Checking synchronization and checking no-voltage

• TV and TA fault alarms

• Control loop fault alarm

• Four programmable logic control outputs (PLC1,PLC2,PLC3,PLC4)

(2)      12 digital inputs, 9 AC analog inputs, 1 DC analog input, 8 digital outputs.

(3)      Time-adjust: software setting or GPS impulse setting.

(4)      The unit can save the latest 40 alarm records even after an auxiliary power supply fault.

(5)      The unit has one RS-485 communication interface and one Ethernet communication interface that are convenient to accomplish dual-network communication system.
